If yours isn't here, a person reads every message that comes in. Nobody is routed to a bot.
Do parents have to download another app?
They download one and delete four. A parent gets a single invite, and from then on the schedule, the RSVP, the dues and the coach's announcements all arrive in the same place, instead of a group text, an email chain, a payment request and a spreadsheet link.
What if we're already mid-season?
Start anyway. Import the roster, post the rest of the schedule, and new members see the full history from the moment they join. There's nothing to catch up on in a scrollback.
Who pays, the coach, the club, or the families?
Whoever holds the account. Most teams have one coach or manager on Pro and everyone else free. Clubs and leagues buy one plan that covers several teams.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
The team stays. You drop back to the free tier and keep chat, schedule, roster, signups and team stats. Premium records stay in place, read-only, until you upgrade again.
How do you handle children's information?
Invites are single-use and expire after seven days, so there's no link to forward. Contact details are locked off the roster at the database level, accounts are 13+ with younger players joining through a parent or guardian, and nothing about your team is sold to advertisers.
